Race 1: BUSHRANGERS BISTRO MAIDEN PLATE - 1000 metres
 
I AM A LAD – Slow to begin.
 
GUINIGI PRINCE – Slow into stride.
 
WICKED HUNDRED – Could muster no early speed.
 
BUNDABURRA – Travelled wide in the middle and late stages.
 
I KAN CONQUER – Hung in down the home straight.
 
Race 2: ROCK ‘N’ ROAD BITUMEN EMULSION PRODUCTS QTIS BM 55 HANDICAP - 1000 metres 
 
OUTBACK PIRATE and NORTHERN MAGIC were late scratchings at 1pm as there were no riders available.
 
ITALIAN AFFAIR – Could muster no early speed and travelled wide in the middle and late stages of the event.
 
SINAMORE – Tightened for room at the 800m by outside runner shifting ground.
 
FINAL RUN – Travelled wide in the middle and late stages with cover.
 
 
 
 
Race 3: ROCK ‘N’ ROAD BITUMEN ASPHALT CLASS B HANDICAP - 1200 metres  
 
Stewards accepted Jockey P. Hamblin’s reason and permitted him to ride BAYSIDE BANDIT 1kg overweight.
 
BAYSIDE BANDIT – Contacted at the start.
 
JECHI – Travelled wide the majority of the event.
 
LOCA DA VIDA – Travelled wide in the middle and late stages.
 
BUSH BELLA – Jockey M. Haley was reprimanded for his use of the whip prior to the 100m.
 
Race 4: ROCK ‘N’ ROAD BITUMEN REJUVENATION PRODUCTS BM 60 HANDICAP - 1200 metres  
 
SAMMY SPARROW – Threw his head back as the gates opened contacting jockey M. Haley in the face and lost considerable ground then travelled wide for the majority.
 
PURPLE EMPEROR – Held up for clear running down the home straight.
 
Race 5: BIRDCAGE HOTEL OPEN PLATE - 1100 metres      
 
SMART PATROL was a late scratching at 3pm as there were no riders available.
 
PEACE TALKS – Slow away losing considerable ground. Approaching the 400m the gelding sustained an injury to the near side fore leg and was retired from the race. The gelding was treated and taken for further examination which then resulted in the gelding being humanely euthanized.
 
FOUR IRON – Held up for clear running in the last 100m.
