MAKE A MILLION – Jumped away awkwardly contacting runners inside and outside.
 
MISTRESS OF MONEY – Contacted at the start.
 
ASHIKO – Contacted at the start.
 
DEFYING LUCK – Travelled wide in the early and middle stages with cover.
 
WICKED HUNDRED – Fractious prior to jumping and was slow into stride. Travelled wide in the early and middle stages.
 
 
Race 2: GEORGE BOURNE & ASSOCIATES CONSULTING ENGINEERS BM 55 HANDICAP - 1200 metres 
 
 
RHYTHM NATION, ZAHA DREAM and SPURSYN were all late scratchings at 12:30pm as there were no jockeys available.
 
BONTEMPELLI – Stood flat footed as the start was effected losing ground.
 
HUSSON’S SHOUT – Travelled wide for much of the event.
 
 
GESUNDHEIT – Travelled wide for the majority.
 
Race 3: BARKERS NEWSAGENCY BM 65 HANDICAP - 1400 metres  
 
 
MISHANI CENTURION and ICE MELODY were late scratchings at 12:30pm as there were no riders available.
 
ARMANI PRINCE – Travelled wide for much of the event.
 
Race 4: PRO TYRES OPEN PLATE - 1100 metres      
 
BUSH CAVIAR was a late scratching at 7:56 am.
 
NO OTHER WAY – Eased off heels leaving the 300m and hung out over the concluding stages hampering outside runners.
 
WICKED WOODY – Lay in over the concluding stages hindering in side runners.
 
AMERICAN HUSSLER – Hindered by runners shifting ground over the concluding stages and eased off heels.
 
 
Race 5: SHELL LONGREACH SERVICE STATION CLASS 3 PLATE - 1000 metres 
 
I KAN CONQUER – Jumped outwards making contact with NAYTELLRHI WORLD.
 
NAYTELLRHI WORLD – Contacted at the start.
 
HOW BIG’S THE HOLE – Travelled wide for the majority.
 
DRINKING COCKTAILS – Eased off heels at the 70m when and inside runner shifted ground.
 
MOST WOMEN ARE – Shifted out down the home straight, hampering an outside runner near the 70m.
