SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT - 8TH AUGUST 2020 – BARCALDINE

Stewards concluded an inquiry into the running and handling of GREY FALCON by jockey Jason Babarovich at Barcaldine on the 8th August 2020 in the BM55 HCP over 1200m. The Stewards took evidence from jockey J Babarovich and previous riders of GREY FALCON and obtained betting records with no anomalies detected. After also taking into consideration the racing history and mannerisms of GREY FALCON the Stewards believed that the actions shown by jockey Babarovich were not culpable to the requisite standard to take the matter further, however advised that he should ride in future in such a manner that doesn’t bring his rides into question.
