Mr Gray advised he had been shifting inwards through the straight and was aware he had another runner to his inside. After hearing from Mr Gray and viewing the replays the Stewards believe Mr Gray had relaxed his riding for a stride, however taking into account the manner the winner had improved and the winning margin and the proximity to the finish the Stewards were satisfied it had not impacted on the finishing order of the runners.
