Race 1: ADEPT CONTRACTORS BenchMark 60 Handicap 1000 METRES
 
SPUR WITH EASE - Jockey K Aho replaced Jockey G Steele due to Jockey Steele being delayed by flood waters.
 
EXOTERICAL - Fractious prior to the start.
 
GINGERSNAP - Knuckled at the start.
 
HARCOURT STREET - Raced wide without cover in the early and middle stages.
 
ARCHIE’S SON - Slow into stride and raced wide throughout without cover.
 
Race 2: FKG GROUP BenchMark 45 Handicap 1170 METRES
 
As there were only six riders at the meeting, Stewards in consultation with club officials, delayed the start of Race 2 by 35 minutes to wait for the arrival of Jockey G Steele who was delayed by flood waters.
 
CENTENARIO - Slow to begin and raced wide throughout without cover.
 
DOUBLEO CI - Jumped out at the start and bumped another runner, raced wide throughout.
 
PLAYBROOK - Bumped by another runner at the start, raced wide throughout without cover. Jockey G Steele was fined $100 for excessive whip use prior to the 100 metres.
 
MISHANI LA SCALA - Shifted out under pressure over the concluding stages.
Race 3: TOP TUNE DIESEL QTIS Maiden Plate 1170 METRES
 
The start of Race 3 was put back by 20 minutes due to the delay in Race 2.
 
LORETTA’S ROSE - Slow into stride. Stewards permitted jockey Gemma Steele to ride overweight as there was no other riders available.
 
ACEEM - Slow to begin, raced wide throughout.
 
WICKED EVE - Slow to begin, failed to show any speed and finished the race well back. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
 
 
Race 4:DYNO NOBEL BenchMark 45 Handicap 1400 METRES
 
The start of Race 4 was put back by 10 minutes due to the delay in Race 2.
 
KANUI - Began awkwardly and shifted out under pressure over the concluding stages.
 
DONAVIA - Slow into stride and raced wide throughout without cover.
 
Race 5: MORANBAH COMMUNITY WORKERS CLUB BenchMark 60 Handicap 1550 METRES
 
THIN DISGUISE - slow into stride.
 
ZEDHAHEEL - Slow to begin and raced some distance behind the field. Rider stated that it resented the dirt coming back.
 
YEEZY - Raced wide throughout.
