Race 1: NATURAL BODY & BEAUTY CLINIC / MAN ABOUT MENSWEAR CLASS 2 PLATE 1050m
 
POINT FORWARD – Fractious in the barriers prior to the start being effected. On jumping shifted out and bumped another runner. Jockey J Stanley was issued with a reprimand for excessive use of the whip prior to the 100 metres.
 
TAMBOS VIXEN – On jumping shifted in and bumped another runner.
 
Race 2: NEXT ACCOUNTING MAIDEN PLATE 1100m
 
KRUPT AS ER – Became fractious in the barriers prior to the start and as such underwent a veterinary examination where it was found to have sustained a slight abrasion to its near side ear and subsequently was passed fit to run. Trainer Lyle Wright was advised a warning would be placed on the filly’s barrier manners.
 
YAKAPARI – Slow to begin.

MISS ANNA – Slow into stride. Raced wide early.
 
LAMERICAN – Slow to begin.

WINSOMEMORE – Slow to begin. Bumped with another runner shortly after straightening. Apprentice A. Spinks was issued with a reprimand for excessive use of the whip prior to the 100 metres.
