Overweight permitted as per the Stewards Race Day Summary.
Due to Apprentice Melea Castle having flight arrangements that prevented her from riding in race 7, Olivia Kendal was the approved replacement rider on SECLUSION.
Race 1: TAB BENCHMARK 60 Handicap 1800 metres
TRICOLOGY (NZ) – A fraction slow into stride.
BONDURANT – Jockey Ryan Wiggins was fined $400 (10th offence) under AR132(7)(a)(ii) for applying the whip to his mount on 6 occasions prior to the 100m, 1 more than permitted.
OPINIONS – Raced keenly during the early and middle stages when the tempo was moderate.
Race 2: SKY RACING QTIS Three-Year-Old Handicap 1050 metres
IT'S GERRY – Apprentice Olivia Kendal was reprimanded under AR131(a) for careless riding, in that near the 950m when crossing to lead, she did so in a manner that briefly tightened to racing room of SIX DRINKS IN.
SECRET QUALITY – Slow to begin.
SIX DRINKS IN – Briefly tightened near the 950m.
MY DAD'S BETTER – Slow to begin.
Race 3: TAB LONG MAY WE PLAY OPEN Handicap 1050 metres
MOCIAL CHIEF – Bumped at the start.
TRU BLU TANGO – Bumped with LEADERSHIP SPILL near the 50m.
LEADERSHIP SPILL – Bumped at the start. Raced 3 wide early and middle stages. Bumped with TRU BLU TANGO near the 50m.
Race 4: BOOK FOR CHRISTMAS MEETING SATURDAY 17TH DECEMBER Maiden Handicap 1050 metres
ELVIARE – Slow to begin. Jumped outwards at the start, tightening runners to the outside.
HIDDEN KNOWLEDGE – Tightened and checked at the start.
THE KING'S PROPHET – Slow to begin. Tightened and checked at the start and then trailed the main body of the field.
QUEST OF QUESTS – Jumped inwards at the start, tightening runners to the outside. Raced greenly throughout.
SKYMASTER – Slow to begin. Raced greenly during the run.
JEITOSO – Tightened at the start.
Race 5: SMARTSTATE RENTALS Class 6 Plate 1200 metres
The start was initially delayed due to PATROLLING undergoing a pre-race veterinary examination after being kicked behind the barriers. PATROLLING was cleared to start. The start was further delayed when a front shoe had to be removed from WIT after the mare cast the other front shoe on the way to the start.
CAPTAIN FOX – Began awkwardly.

SABOR – Slow to begin.
ZIPSPUR – Raced wide throughout.
WIT – Raced bare footed in front. Very slow to begin. Raced ungenerously near the 800m. Apprentice Melea Castle was reprimanded under AR131(a) for careless riding, in that leaving the 300m she attempted a run between HILVERSTON and ROADHOUSE, where there was insufficient room, resulting in her own mount having to check back to the inside to obtain clear running.
Race 6: NQ WATER PUMPING & IRRIGATION BENCHMARK 70 Handicap 1560 metres
ROCK 'N' SOL – Jockey Nathan Day reported that his whip broke over the concluding stages. Mr Day was reprimanded under AR132(7)(a)(ii) for applying the whip to his mount on 6 occasions prior to the 100m, 1 more than permitted.
BOOM GATE – Slow into stride. Raced 3 wide from the 800m.
ELLE A WALKING - Apprentice Alisha Donald was reprimanded under AR132(7)(a)(ii) for applying the whip to her mount on 7 occasions prior to the 100m, 2 more than permitted.
A FIGHTING FURY – Over raced middle stages.
Race 7: MACKAY GAMING SERVICES Class 1 Handicap1300 metres
HARVESTA – Forced to ease near the 1000m.
FAR REACHING – Shifted in marginally near the 1000.
KEEP ON FIGHTING – Raced wide throughout.
GOOGAZ – Raced wide throughout. Jockey Adam Spinks was fined $200 (6th offence) under AR132(7)(a)(ii) for applying the whip to his mount on 6 occasions prior to the 100m, 1 more than permitted.
DON'T TELL LEEANNE – Raced wide throughout.
SECLUSION – Tightened and checked near the 1000m.
KOSCINA – Raced wide throughout. Rolled in marginally near the 1000m.
CHATILLY – Inclined to hang out throughout the run.
STANDOVER MAN – Checked near the 1000m.
Race 8: RACING AGAIN FRIDAY 25TH NOVEMBER BENCHMARK 55 Handicap 1100 metres
MOONSHINER – Hung in under pressure.
BETTER DAYS AHEAD – Jumped awkwardly.
YUGOSPHERE – Raced wide throughout. Hung in for a short distance near the 600m.
SCHATZI – Slow to begin. Held up for a clear run in the early part of the home straight.
