RACE 1:OAKEY BEEF EXPORTS BM 70 HCP 1000M
 
WALLBANGER Stewards permitted Jockey C. Bryen to ride the horse 2kg overweight. Jockey C. Bryen was subsequently $100 in assessing penalty stewards took inn to account jockey C. Bryenss recent good record.
 
DENMAN DREAMING Stewards permitted Apprentice J. Brand to ride the horse half kilogram overweight. App. J. Brand was subsequently fined $200. In assessing penalty stewards took into account App. J. Brandss poor record of late.. Raced without cover for the majority.
 
MISS DELIMA Near the 800m had to be steadied from heels of MENACING which shifted in. J. Babarovich (MENACING) was advised to exercise more care.
 
BENCHI PEGASUS laid in over the concluding stages.
 
 
RACE 2: CLIPEX 'FRED BALLINGALL MEMORIAL' BM 50 HCP 1000M
 
TYCOON ZIP scratched prior to deadlines due to no rider being available.
 
ROSA MARGUERITA declared a late scratching at 12: 25 due to no rider being available.
 
I AM A LAD Hung out near the 600m. Trainer C. Prow was advised that a warning would be placed on thee geldings racing manners.
 
REBEL ICON Hung out near the 600m taking ORIENTEX and BIG BRITCHES wider onto the track. Trainer B. Green will be advised that a waring would be placed on the geldings racing manners
 
FERRIGNO Began awkwardly.
 
BOLD TRAVELLER Tightened for room between runners at the start.
 
TRUST NO ONE Hung out near the 600m. Trainer B. Waldron was advised that a warning would be placed on the geldings racing manners.
 
BROWN CAVIAR Apprentice J. Brand reported at scale that her right foot made heavy contact with the barrier on jumping away.
 
 
 
RACE 3: TAMAROO ENERGY/DELFORCE & SULLIVAN TRANSPORT QTIS MAIDEN PLATE 1200M
 
TRAIL BUSTER Slow to begin.
 
ZOOMESDAY Began awkwardly. Rider M. Haley reported at scale that the gelding travel comfortably throughout however failed to respond when placed under pressure.
 
IMPLICATE Raced wide for the majority. Laid in under pressure over the concluding stages.
 
 
RACE 4: MORGAN PASTORAL 'DOUG UTTING MEMORIAL' BM 50 HCP 1400M
 
Start was delayed when BIG SONNY whilst attempting to load made heavy contact with barriers,, dislodging Jockey J.Babarovich, injuring his left leg. Subsequently both jockey and horse were clearedd by QAS and Veterinarian to take part in the event.
 
ZAHA COUNTY Slow to begin. Had to be steadied from heels near the 500m. Veterinarian reported that the gelding lost an off hind shoe.
 
TYCOON MEG Jockey J. Ruddds right foot made heavy contact with the fence when leaving the enclosure.
 
ANOTHER WEAPON Had to be steadied from heels of
FRED which shifted in. Apprentice E. Bell (FRED) was advised to exercise more care.
 
 
RACE 5:CURLEY CATTLE TPT 'IAN SHEPPARD MEMORIAL' MORVEN CUP OPEN HCP 1400M
ONE GREY Slow to begin.
 
FOUR IRON Laid in under pressure over the concluding stages.
 
CRAWFISH Raced 3 wide without cover for the majority.
 
RACE 6: MORVEN RC SUPPORTERS/R&R TICKELL EARTHMOVING & HEAVY HAULAGE BM 55 HCP 1800M
 
KING OF ROSSA Sustained an injury en route to course subsequently declared a late scratching at 12:15. Trainer T. Mead was advised that he must obtain a veterinary clearance prior to the gelding racing again.
 
MICHAUD Slow to begin. Trailed the field throughout the event and took no competitive part in the race. Post- race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Trainer S. Mesken was advised that prior to racing again the gelding will have to perform satisfactory inn a trial.
 
BOJOURA Began awkwardly. Laid in under pressure over the concluding stages.
