Trainer Ms. T Parry was advised a Veterinary clearance would be required prior to the gelding being permitted to again start in a race. MOSPORT Slowly away. ZATOCHIO Slowly away after beginning awkwardly. Inclined to lay in for some distance passing the 800m. Caught wide for the majority. TERRAPLEX Raced ungenerously in the early and middle stages due to resenting the kickback in running. Race 2: CONGRATS WENDY CHRISTIE MAIDEN PLATE 1000m SHOW THE LOOK Slowly away after beginning awkwardly. Shifted in when being ridden hard in the early stages hampering another runner near the 900m. Jockey S Alam was advised to exercise more care in similar circumstances. Shifted in abruptly under pressure near the 200m making contact with the running rail. READY TO RUMBLE Hampered by another runner near the 900m. Race 3: THANKS AGAIN CNW CLASS 3 PLATE 1000m HAPPY SHOPPO Slowly away. Jockey T Tincknell reported the mare raced ungenerously in the early and middle stages due to resenting the kickback in running. Race 4: NOT LONG TO SPRING CUP RATINGS BAND 0-55 HANDICAP 1450m LOGANNS RUN was a late withdrawal at 3.30pm by order of Stewards due to no rider being available. RED CHARMER Jockey T Tincknell reported the mare was inclined to over-race in the early stages. Jockey S Alam who rode LASTING IMAGE was cautioned in relation to his use of the whip when his mount is out of contention. Race 5: MOUNT ISA RACE CLUB OPEN HANDICAP 1450m NOVEMBER GREY Slowly into stride. AVALANCHES Slowly into stride. Jockey T Tincknell reported the gelding raced ungenerously for the majority. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a poor post-race recovery. Trainer Mr. G Tipping advised Stewards it is his intention to immediately turn the gelding out for a spell.
