WICKED MISTRESS - Was a late scratching at 2.15pm at the barriers by order of Stewards acting on veterinary advice after rearing and becoming cast in the barriers.  Prior to the declaration of correct weight Stewards ordered that all monies invested on WICKED MISTRESS were to be refunded.  No deductions were ordered in relation to winning bets. Trainer T Parry was advised WICKED MISTRESS must trial satisfactorily before again starting in a race.
 
GROUP SESSIONS – Fractious in barriers after being loaded. Trainer T Parry was advised GROUP SESSIONS must trial satisfactorily before again starting in a race.    
 
ROMANI STAR - Jumped inwards at the start hampering another runner. Shifted out soon after inconveniencing another runner. Raced  wide in the middle stages. 
 
EYNHALLOW -  Jumped inwards at the start tightening runners to its inside.
 
DUTCH MAGIC  - Jumped outwards at the start hampering another runner.
 
MOHICAN  MAGIC – Hampered by other runners on jumping.  Raced wide rounding the home turn. 
 
BIDAFLARE -  Raced wide in the middle stages. 
 
MR PALOMINO  -  Raced wide rounding the home turn.
 
MY MIND IS MADE UP -  Raced wide rounding the home turn.
 
IMA  POCKET ROCKET  -   Raced wide rounding the home turn.
 
Race 2 -  DAWSONS ENGINEERING CLASS 1 HANDICAP  1000m 
 
EQUISTAR -  Slowly away.
 
BELIEVE IT OR NOT – Jumped outwards at the start hampering another runner. 
 
HUNTING -  Bumped by another runner on jumping. Raced wide rounding the home turn. 
 
APACHE GAL – Jumped inwards at the start hampering another runner.  Raced in restricted room passing the 800m.
 
VALPONS (NZ) -  Bumped by another runner on jumping.  Raced wide for the majority.
 
MESSINES ROSE – Jumped  outwards at the start hampering another runner. Raced wide in the middle stages.
 
TRUFFLE HUNTER – Bumped by another runner on jumping. Raced in restricted room passing the 800m. Raced wide rounding the rounding the 600m turn.
 
LORD WINDERMERE – Raced wide throughout.  
 
Race 3 -  ATOM INDUSTRIAL HARDWARE & SAFETY OPEN HANDICAP 1000m  
 
BORN TO FIRE – Unable to muster pace in the early stages.
 
WORLD OF PAIN -  Raced wide rounding the home turn.

FIVE SPICES -  Began awkwardly losing ground.
 
SUGAR RAY RED – Jumped outwards at the start bumping with another runner. Raced wide for the majority. 
 
BROOKLANDS – Bumped by another runner on jumping. Raced wide rounding the home turn. 
 
SENSEOFWONDER - Raced wide for the majority. 
 
ROTHSTEIN – Raced wide for the majority. 
 
ONE HUNDRED CLICKS -  Raced wide rounding the home turn. 
 
MANDALONG PASS -  Raced wide rounding the home turn. 
 
DEADLY CHOICES – When questioned in relation to the gelding’s performance Jockey D Ballard advised DEADLY CHOICES had raced flat today and in his opinion was disappointing. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.
