HIBIYA (NZ) – Raced wide majority.
NALSSENDORI – Raced wide majority.
TORA SUMI – Began awkwardly.
EL RANCHOS – Was  inclined to hang out round home turn.
 
Race 2 : THANKS TRACEY O’NEILL & BAR STAFF BENCHMARK 55 Handicap (1200m)
WRITTEN TREATY – As no other suitable rider was available stewards permitted jockey Ms D Graham to ride the mare  2kg over its allocated weight. Slow to begin. Wide early and middle  stages.
CLARION – Slow to begin and raced wide majority.
DANSK HAVN – Raced wide majority.
BOLD SAM – Raced wide majority.
CASH BUNDLE – Raced wide majority.
 
Race 3: THANKS  STEEJO PRESS BENCHMARK 50 Handicap (1450m)
KEIRETSU – As no other suitable rider was available stewards permitted jockey Ms D Graham to ride the mare 1.5kg  over its allocated weight .Trainer B Johnson, when questioned regarding improved performance, stated that, in his opinion, the mare was more comfortable on today’s softer surface as opposed to its previous start at Richmond.
