Race 1: BECHLEYS TRANSPORT Class B Handicap 800m

HIGH HUSSEY – Fractious in the barriers and missed the start as a result.
 
MISS LITERATI – Hampered on jumping away.
 
SOMETHING UNKNOWN – Jumped awkwardly making contact with another runner. Steadied from heels approaching the 750m.
 
FORGOTTEN FEELING – Raced three wide throughout.
 
BRAYD HEART – Slow to begin and raced wide throughout.
 
STORM ANCHOR – Raced four wide without cover throughout.
 
Race 2: EVOLUTION HAIR STUDIO OPEN Handicap 1000m
 
PERSISTENT SHADOW – Slow to begin. Hung out rounding the home turn and laid in under pressure in the home straight
 
Prior to the declaration of  correct weight a protest was lodged by L McCoy, the rider of the third placegetter TYCOON ZIP, against the second placegetter STELLAS DREAM alleging interference approaching the 350m. After taking evidence from all parties and viewing the patrol footage it was established that both horses shifted wider on the track near the 350m, though it could not be established that STELLAS DREAM lost ground during this incident and the protest was therefore dismissed.
 
 
 
Race 3: KEN MILLS TOYOTA Maiden Plate 1200m
 
ADAYONDEK – Slow to begin, held up for clear running rounding the home turn until approaching the 100m and cast a off hind plate during the event
 
BEAUTY SECRETS – Held up for clear running rounding the home turn and obliged to alter course near the 100m.
 
HIT THE GENERAL – Slow to begin.
 
GET SMOKIN – Slow to begin, raced wide throughout and held up rounding the home turn.
 
NANCY BIRD – Wide throughout.
 
MISS NASTY – Wide throughout.
 
ECHELETTE – After becoming fractious in the mounting enclosure and making contact with the fence, underwent a veterinary examination and was cleared to start.

Race 4: NANANGO BOOKMAKERS ASSOC Benchmark 50 1200m
 
SEQUASI – Slow to begin and raced wide.
 
PERLYSE WOMAN – Jumped away awkwardly and was steadied from heels near the 1000m.
 
SAGRE’S POINT – Raced wide throughout.
 
BLACK ENVY – Laid in under pressure in the home straight.
 
 
Race 5: HERITAGE BANK NANANGO Benchmark 55 Handicap 1600m
 
ROCKING OSSIE – Slow to begin.
 
STICK WITH ME – Hung out rounding the first turn and steadied from heels before racing wide throughout.
 
I’M FAVULOUS – Shifted in and bumped another runner near the 1400m and became unbalanced. Raced wide throughout.
 
THIS IS LIVIN – Raced four wide without cover.
 
SAIL THE STARS – Raced wide throughout.
 
WILD ELEMENT – Overraced during the early and middle stages.
 
DANISH DICTION – Inspected prior to the start by the veterinary surgeon and cleared to race. Bumped by another runner near the 1400m and became unbalanced.
