GENERAL:
My Boy Mischke, Little Spoon, Serene Melody, Buon Natale, Statement Piece, Amelia’s Rainbow, Our Boy Brett which all competed at Oak Park Friday 2 July 2021 were pre-race examined by the veterinary surgeon and cleared to start. Stewards accepted all explanations tendered for late riders and rider changes as per stewards summary.  
 
Race 1: NTH QLD TOYOTA COWBOYS/LANCEFIELD BRAHMANS/HALPIN PARTNERS "COPPERFIELD" QTIS MAIDEN PLATE – 1200 Metres
 
SHE'S A SINNER – Delayed the start after becoming fractious after entering the track, became unbalanced and slipped over dislodging rider K. Swaffer. Ms Swaffer was examined by the QAS and cleared to fulfil her riding engagements. SHE’S A SINNER was quickly recaught and examined by the veterinary surgeon and cleared to start. A further post-race veterinary examination after finishing tailed off revealed the mare to be lame in the off-hind leg. Trainer P. Rowe was advised he must provide a veterinary certificate of soundness prior to its next race.
 
NEW YORK POET – Slow to begin.
 
MACIPENKO (GB) -  Steadied off heels near the 850 metres.

DALBERGIA – Laid out rounding the home turn shifting wider on the track.

BEYOND REPROACH – Raced three wide without cover for the majority of the race.
 
Race 2: COLEMAN STOCK FEEDS "THE BANGLE" CLASS 4 HANDICAP – 1200 Metres
 
Correct weight was delayed when the rider of the 3rd placegetter A. Thomson (MY BOY MISCHKE) lodged an objection against the 1st placegetter MACKELLAR’S VOICE (L. Morrison) being
declared the winner alleging interference soon after the start. After hearing all of the evidence and viewing of the film, degree interference and where the incident took place along with
margin of ½ a length, stewards could not be comfortably satisfied that a reversal of placing was warranted and dismissed the objection and declared weight on judges semaphored numbers.
 
STAR RAIDER – Began very awkwardly and lost ground. Raced wide for the majority.
 
MACKELLAR'S VOICE – Shifted in shortly after the start crowding MY BOY MISCHKE. Rider L. Morrison was advised to show greater care in similar circumstances. Restrained and threw its head in the air near the 1000 metres after improving onto the heels LITTLE SPOON.

MY BOY MISCHKE – Restrained shortly after the start when crowded by MACKELLAR’S VOICE which shifted in.  
 
FA FA – Raced wide for the majority.

Race 3: THE COLLINS FAMILIES "SPRING CREEK MEMORIAL" CLASS B HANDICAP – 1000 Metres
 
NUCLEAR BOOM – Stood flatfooted and lost considerable ground. Trainer N. Seymour was advised a warining would be placed on the gelding’s barrier manners.
 
DEVIL’S NUMBER – Laid in under pressure over the concluding stages.
 
MESMER – Raced wide for the majority of the race.
 
TADEMA – Raced wide in the early and middle stages.
 
Race 4: MM/ROB KOCH Slow to beginMEMORIAL/FNQ UP&C STAYERS/BOOTH RURAL/ELANCO "LYNDHURST SHIELD" BENCHMARK 65 HANDICAP – 1600 Metres
 
KING LANDON – Slow to begin.  
 
BUON NATALE – Slow to begin. Raced ungenerously in the early and middle stages.
 
JEMADAR – Raced ungenerously for a short distance near the 250 metres when brushed by MT PETER MISS which shifted out.
 
MT PETER MISS – Shifted out rounding the home turn brushing JEMADAR.

MELIA’S RAINBOW – Raced wide in the early and middle stages.
 
OUR BOY BRETT – Over-raced in the early stages.
 
Race 5: COOPERS ANIMAL HEALTH/DONOHUES/LANES CREEK BRAHMANS "WERRINGTON PLATE" CLASS 6 PLATE – 1000 Metres
 
LEVEL EIGHT – Slow to begin.  
 
TYCOON THUNDER – Raced wide in the early and middle stages.
 
NIGHT ATTIRE (NZ) – Raced wide for the majority of the race.  
 
WOOHOO GIRL – A post-race veterinary examination of the mare identified the presence of blood in both nostrils. WOOHOO GIRL shall not without the permission of the Stewards: (a) be trained, exercised or galloped on any racecourse for a period of two months; (b) start in any race for a period of three months, and then only after a satisfactory gallop of at least 1,000 metres in the presence of a Steward.
