SASSY AURA – Slow to begin. Race wide for the majority.
MATCHFOX – Began awkwardly. Raced wide for the majority.
RUBIN – Slowly into stride after beginning awkwardly.
LIZ’ DELIGHT – Raced wide for the majority.
EL RANCHOS – Raced wide for the majority.
 
Race 2: RICHMOND FREIGHT & PLANT HIRE QTIS BENCHMARK 65 Handicap (1000m)
MAGIC TOWN – Raced wide for the majority.
BENCHI PEGASUS – Slow to begin. Raced wide for the majority.

Race 3: LIBERTY RURAL BENCHMARK 45 Handicap (1200m)
Declaration of correct weight was delayed to allow J Bawden trainer of ARCING HARD the 4th placegetter to view the patrol footage over the concluding stages. After viewing the footage Trainer Bawden elected not to proceed with any action and correct weight was subsequently declared on the Judge’s numbers.

PREDICTS – Raced wide for the majority.
MISS SIZZ – Slowly intro stride after beginning awkwardly.
ARFA CROWN – Raced wide on the home turn.
DEVIL’S NUMBER – Raced wide for the majority. Inclined to lay in on the straight.
 
Race 4: WHARTON & CO OPEN Handicap (1400m)
MISTER HAY ZEE – Slow to begin. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Trainer K Krogh was advised a warning would be placed on the gelding racing manners.
DUKES COUNTY – Raced wide on the home turn.
 
Race 5: GOLDEN RUN RURAL Class B Handicap (1400m)
Declaration of correct weight was delayed to allow Apprentice J Edwards rider of 2nd placed getter WOTS WONG to view the photo finish. After viewing the official photo Apprentice Edwards was satisfied and subsequently correct weight was declared on the Judge’s numbers.
WOTS WONG – Raced wide for the majority.
DALBERIGA – Raced wide in the early stages.
MY BOY SOOTY – Bumped with another runner on jumping. Raced wide on the home turn.
ZOUNATE – Bumped with another runner on jumping. Over raced in the early stages.
