GENERAL
After receiving 12mm of rain between 9am and 10.30am, the track was inspected by Stewards and downgraded to a Heavy 10. Following continued heavy rainfall, the track was again inspected at 11.30am and due to concerns with the track surface, visibility and increasing heavy rain, Stewards cancelled the race meeting at 11.40am.
