Race 1: Bverley O’Keeffe Memorial Class B Handicap 900m
 
KINGSMITH FLYER – The explanation regarding the late declaration of App. E Smith as rider was accepted.  Buffeted between runners at the start.
 
FAST TRICK – Began awkwardly and lost ground.
 
Race 2: Dooley’s Tavern & Motels QTIS Maiden Plate 900m
 
MISS MANIBEL – Jumped awkwardly.
 
LOVE AND ROMANCE – Near the 800 meters put in a number of awkward strides attempting to jump the dust and hung out. Connections were advised that a warning would be placed on the filly.
 
FAIRY WINGS – Trainer G Elliot was reprimanded for failing to declare a rider by the prescribed time.
 
AIR TO SPARE – Shortly after the start, commenced to buck, lost ground and took no competitive part in the race. Trainer W Baker was advised that the horse would be required to jump out over a distance greater than 800 meters prior to its next start.
 
Race 3: Paul Taylor Memorial BenchMark 50 Handicap 1400m
 
SOUTHERN ALBATROSS – Slow to begin and lost ground at the start.
 
GREY PARIZ – Began awkwardly.
 
Race 4: Sojitz Minerva BenchMark 55 Handicap 1100m
 
BONINO – Trainer C Garland made application to view the photo finish image. After doing so, he was satisfied with the judge’s semaphored numbers and correct weight was declared.
 
No racing incidents.
 
Race 5: Kevin Woolcock Memorial Bracelet Open Handicap 1100m
 
MADAM PINK – Jumped awkwardly inwards.
