BOBBYBOUCHE, hung out throughout in the early and middle stages. ROSAIRE, raced wide throughout. NOT TONIGHT DEAR, raced 3 wide throughout. Rider issued with a reprimand for use of the whip prior to the 100 metres, 6 times for third offence. MASSIE WHISPER, raced wide throughout. Race 2: SOJITZ MDS MINING AND KALARI BENCHMARK 60 Handicap (1000 METRES) DIFFICULT, raced 3 wide throughout without cover. TANG DYNASTY, slow into stride and raced wide throughout. THE LAST DRAGON, very slow to begin. Race 3: FMC QTIS Maiden Plate (1100 METRES) MIGHT BE ME, began awkwardly as a result was slow into stride. ARTEMIS GIRL, over raced in the early and middle stages. Post-race veterinary examination of the mare revealed to be sore in both front tendons. ROSES FOR OLLIE, slow into stride and raced wide throughout. SHE’S OUR EMPRESS, knuckled on jumping, raced wide throughout. LOVE YOU LINDA, dropped out over the concluding stages due to the heavy sand on the fence. Race 4: DOOLEYS TAVERN AND MOTEL RATINGS BAND 0 - 50 Handicap (1400 METRES) BUDDIE OLLIE, slow to jump, raced wide throughout. HUSSON’S SHOUT, raced wide throughout. OUR SAY, slow to begin. LOUIE THE LEGEND, jockey Tasha Chambers was spoken to at length in regard to her whip use in the straight. After viewing the available patrol footage stewards were satisfied she was not striking the horse every time with her action. Jockey Tasha Chambers was advised to alter her whip action in future to remove any doubt that she was striking the horse every time she pulled the whip. YALANJI, fractious prior to the start.
