Race 1: NATIONAL JOCKEYS TRUST RATINGS BAND 0-45 HANDICAP - 1400 metres
 
SPURSYN Slow to begin and shifted in approaching the 200m hampering an inside runner.
 
FINNIGANNS FOLLY Hampered near the 200m and was eased and changed course when an outside runner shifted ground.
 
THATTS CORRECT Jumped away awkwardly.
 
 
Race 2: SOUTH WEST FORD NISSAN BM 65 HANDICAP - 1400 metress
 
ZAPATA FALLS Jumped away awkwardly.
 
ROYAL FROLIC Slow into stride.
 
CRYSTAL MATES Travelled wide in the early and middle stages.
 
OUTBACK PIRATE Hung out rounding the first turn and the home turn shifting extremely wide on the track.
 
POWER BUTTON Eased at the 600m and took no further competitive part in the race. Jockey J. Brand stated the gelding felt extremely awkward in his stride so she eased him down. A post-race veterinary inspection showed no abnormalities.
 
Race 3: TAMBO CRICKET CLUB CLASS 1 PLATE - 1100 metres
 
I AM A LAD Over raced in the middle stages.
 
ONE UP Slow and awkward to begin.
 
ZOOMING Slow to begin.
 
ZOOMING OVER YOU Travelled wide for most of the race.
 
 
Race 4: TAMBO TAVERN GREAT WESTERN SPRINT OPEN PLATE - 1100 metres
 
NUDE SECRETS Sat down in the gates prior to jumping.
 
GIRLS AWAY Proved difficult to load and jumped inwards hampering an inside runner, then approaching the 800m shifted in tightening inside runners.
 
FOUR IRON Slow into stride and hampered shortly after the start when an outside runner shifted ground.
 
BANCHORY LASS Tightened for room nearing the 800m when pressure came from the outside.
 
 
Race 5: LANSDOWNE QTIS BM 60 HANDICAP - 1200 metres     
 
FRED was a late scratching at 1.00pm on veterinary advice.
 
BIG SONNY was a late scratching at 4.22pm refusing to load. Deductions where announce with correct weight being 13 cents in the dollar value of win bets and 16 cents in the dollar value of place bets.
 
MY FLING Slow to begin and slow into stride then travelled wide for the majority.
 
HIDDEN CHIEF Travelled wide for the majority of the race.
 
GESSNER Contacted at the start.
 
REVERSE LOGIC Jumped inwards contacting an inside runner and lay in under pressure over the concluding stages.
