QUEENSLAND RACING INTEGRITY COMMISSION STEWARDS REPORT.TAROOM RACE CLUB 23 MARCH 2019. Weather- Fine Rail-True Track-Good 4 (DIRT) Officials-Chairman of Stewards- E. BarronStewards- R. HitchenerClerk of Scales- StewardsVeterinarian- Dr. H OliverStarter- T. CampbellJudge- N. EvansBetting Steward- Stewards RACE 1: RIVERINA MAIDEN PLATE 1000M- WE CALL HER LOLA- Began awkwardly and lost ground. LIGHTHORSE- Hung out throughout. Steadied to avoid heels near the 100m. AKLAVIK- Resented the kickback throughout the event when racing in a rearward position. SWAGMAN- Hung in under pressure in the home straight. RACE 2: RIVERINA BENCHMARK 50 H’CAP 1000M- KICKSTARTER- Slow to begin. AVASA- Commenced to hang out for some distance shortly after the start, proved difficult to ride and as a result steadied from heels near the 900m. MIRACLE STAR- Near the 800m, whilst hanging out, was momentarily placed in restricted room to the inside of KARMA FORCE (App S Wilcock) which shifted in marginally. App Wilcock was advised to exercise more care. RACE 3: RIVERINA OPEN H’CAP 1000M- MOHAKA RIVER- Slow to begin. RACE 4: RIVERINA CLASS B HCAP 1000M- No racing incidents. RACE 5: RIVERINA BENCHMARK 65 HCAP 1200M- No racing incidents. SUMMARY OF ACTIONS LICENSEES-Nil SUMMARY OF ACTIONS CONCERNING HORSES-Nil.SWABS-All winners.
