After taking evidence in person from Jockey L Morrison, Trainer R Chillemi (Neveton), Trainer J Ryan (Redavni), Stable Foreman R Ryan , Jockey R Wiggins (Redavni) (Phone) and part owner C Jorgenson (Redavni), it was established that jockey L. Morrison (Neveton) had shifted out to improve at the 350 metres and inadvertently made contact with Redavni resulting in Redavni becoming unbalanced and momentarily impeded.
