Spry was advised that he would require a medical clearance prior to riding again. Race 1: FAMILY RACEDAY SATURDAY 13 APRIL QTIS TWO-YEAR-OLD HANDICAP 1000 M CHOCMINT – began awkwardly and settled well back.MARGOT BARBIE – inclined to race greenly in the home straight; near the 150 metres shifted out and bumped with BETTER SHOW.SILVER GLITTER – shifted out after the start and bumped.BETTER SHOW - shifted in after the start and bumped; bumped at 150 metres.MISHANI STYLE – broke free in stables complex prior to entering the enclosure – a veterinary examination passed the filly fit to start. Race 2: WRC TICKETS ON SALE SOON QTIS MAIDEN HANDICAP 1200 M SEA TREE – badly hampered on jumping and settled back.KOBIE'S LUCK – commenced to over-race near the 900 metres and then raced 3-wide thereafter.GABBY'S READY – shifted out abruptly at the start badly hampering SEA TREE and ICE BOUND.THE HIPPY – slow into stride; raced 3-wide with cover throughout.ICE BOUND – badly hampered on jumping and lost ground; raced greenly throughout proving difficult to control; lay in badly over the final 250 metres.IMPERIUM – over-raced in the early and middle stages and had to be restrained off heels for some distance passing the 900 metres. Race 3: BECOME A CLUDEN PARK MEMBER TODAY BENCHMARK 58 HANDICAP 1609 M MONASTERY – jumped very awkwardly badly unbalancing the rider and displacing the saddle for a short distance; raced wide throughout; when questioned regarding the disappointing performance, rider Lachlan Overall stated that after becoming unbalanced at the start and that the gelding had travelled only fairly thereafter and had failed to respond when pressured over the final 400 metres. SACRED LEGACY (NZ) – bumped at start.CONQUERING JUDAS – hampered on jumping and settled back.SPECIALTIE – laid out over the final 150 metres; and near the 100 metres bumped with ENTERPRIZE PHOENIX. Rider Ryan Wiggins was reminded of his obligations to straighten his mounts when in similar circumstances.ENTERPRISE PHOENIX – raced 3-wide without cover throughout.RUN RAMPANT – became unbalanced and dislodged rider Adam Spinks when easing down after the finish. Jockey Spinks was stood down for the remainder of the meeting and will be required to furnish the appropriate medical clearances prior to next riding. Race 4: HYGAIN CLASS 6 HANDICAP 1000 M MISSILE THUNDER – gear became displaced after being loaded into the barriers and had to be re-applied.FINALLY REALISE – very slow to leave the barriers. After consideration of all factors, in particular, the delay which resulted from a gear issue with another runner, no action was taken on this occasion. EDIFICATION – slow to begin and settled well back.TOTO – jumped inward at the start.WANNA TWEET – laid out after leaving the barriers and had to be straightened. Race 5: MITAVITE OPEN HANDICAP 1400 M Nathan Thomas replaced Adam Spinks on LIGHTHORSE LAD.PANIAGUA – bumped with HE’S EXCEPTIONAL at the start; then raced wide throughout.HE'S XCEPTIONAL – bumped with PANIAGUA at the start.RED LIGHT ROXANNE – jumped awkwardly and settled back.MYSTERY 'N' MAGIC – over-raced in the early stages.LIGHTHORSE LAD – began very awkwardly and lost ground. Race 6: LADBROKES BET TICKER RATINGS BAND 0 - 55 HANDICAP 1400 M Nathan Thomas replaced Adam Spinks on GINASUE.FREDDY BARBAROSSA was a late scratching at 3:50pm after rearing and falling in the enclosure – must trial prior to next racing.BORLOTTI BEANS – Shifted in hampering another runner at the 1250 metres. Rider M Abe was advised to exercise greater care when shifting ground. ALTAR BOY – jumped awkwardly then hampered when FLAMING TORCH jumped inward.FLAMING TORCH (NZ) – placed in restricted room near the 1,250 metres when inside BORLOTTI BEANS (Masa Abe) which shifted in when not fully clear. Jockey Abe was advised to exercise greater care when crossing.SCAPINI– blood detected in the nostrils post-race. A subsequent veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have bled from both nostrils for the first time. Trainer T Comerford was advised under AR79(4) SCAPINI would be stood from racing for 3 months and must gallop 1,000m in the presenceof a Steward prior to next racing.ADMIRAL'S DAUGHTER (NZ) – slow into stride. Race 7: LADBROKE IT! CLASS 3 PLATE 1200 M CROWNING MOMENT – raced 3-wide with cover throughout.GAELIC – slow away.LIGHT FIELD – slow to begin.STICK TO YOUR GUNS – slow to begin; commenced to race ungenerously when wide passing the 1,000 metres; hung out and ran wide passing the 700 metres. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. Connections advised that they would be considering a gear change prior to the gelding next racing.VILA TINTO – laid out throughout the final straight.TALONS – bumped at the start.CRAICARO – began awkwardly and bumped with TALONS Race 8: LADBROKES MATES MODE BENCHMARK 55 HANDICAP 1000 M FUSED MAGIC -was a late scratching at 3:35pm due to no available rider.HIT SNOOZE – skied head and shifted out bumping with DEFROSTED at the start; improved onto the heels of the weakening AUTUMN BLOOM on straightening and blundered. Rider R Wiggins was advised to exercise care.AUTUMN BLOOM – raced wide throughout.TACTICAL ILLUSION – raced 4-wide rounding the first turn.MAKE IT HAPPEN – rider reported that the mare faltered when being eased down after the finish. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a suspected ruptured near front suspensory. A veterinary clearance is required prior the mare racing again.WICKLOW LASS (NZ) - raced 3-wide with cover throughout. Laid out over the concluding stages and after passing the 50 metres ducked out and was not persevered with thereafter. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. Trainer W Kenning was advised to report any relevant matter which may become apparent in coming days.EMATHION – slow to begin.TENNAGAIN -began awkwardly.PRIVATE SECTOR – rider accidently dropped whip passing the 300 metres.
