Race 1: Furneys Class 1 H’cap – 1050m
 
CAPTAIN’S ANGEL – Brushed the barrier partition on jumping away and lost some ground.
 
LITTLE DUTCHY – Hampered shortly after the start.
 
MASTER DENRHO – Hampered shortly after the start.  Raced keenly in the early stages and was steadied from heels near the 700m.
 
SOLTINHO LAD – Raced 3 wide without cover throughout.
 
BRAZEN JAKE – Raced wide without cover.
 
 
Race 2: Art & Soul Benchmark 60 H’cap – 1310m
 
WE BUILT THIS CITY – Trainer P. Nolan was reprimanded for failing to declare a rider for the horse by the prescribed time. In assessing penalty, stewards took into account Mr Nolan’s good record in relation to this rule.
 
THIN DISGUISE – Jockey B. Appo was reprimanded for shifting in near the 400m when insufficiently clear, resulting in both  ZAPATA FALLS and I’M NO RUBY being bumped and tightened for room.  
 
ZAPATA FALLS – Tightened for room  and bumped near the 400m.
 
I’M NO RUBY – Tightened for room and bumped near the 400m.
 
The track rating was downgraded to Soft 5 retrospective to this race.
 
Race 3: Trackside Photography Class 3 Plate – 1650m
 
REAL MYSTIQUE – Slow to begin and then raced keenly in the early stages.
 
ONEMORE TWIST – Blundered on jumping away.
 
MOSS GO NOW – Slow to begin.
 
JORJA’S JET – Had a tendency to race ungenerously rounding the 1300m turn and home turn.  
 
TEXT BOOK – Held up for a short distance near the 500m.
 
 
Race 4: W-Sale Horsewear Maiden H’cap – 1000m
 
JIMIBRAMZ – After being slow to begin was further hampered when bumped at the start.
 
LIBERTY JANE – Bumped at the start.
 
JAREL’S DRAGON – Slow to begin. Bumped by another runner at the 400m when hanging out and forced wider on the track.
 
NATURAL TREASURE – Disappointed for a run and lost ground approaching the 400m.
 
RUSTIC FEEL – Raced wide without cover.
 
TRACTION –  On return to scale apprentice B. Panya reported that her mount raced greenly throughout.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Race 5: Toowoomba Plastics QTIS 2yo Maiden Plate – 1050m
 
ILOVEGAS – A. Denby was substituted as the rider of the horse after jockey  N. Evans became ill after riding in Race 4.  
 
LONGING FOR – Forced wider on the track by another runner rounding the turn.
 
 
Race 6: Audi Centre Toowoomba Maiden H’cap – 1650m
 
MISS RULE – On return to scale apprentice B. Panya reported that after being checked away from the heels of another runner the filly failed to travel from that point and was not entirely comfortable in the prevailing conditions.
