WINDORAH AMATEUR RACE CLUB STEWARDS REPORT 28/9/2002

STEWARDS PANEL: J Wallis (Chairman)

WEATHER – Fine TRACK – Good (Dusty) RAIL – True

Track presented in very poor condition with star pickets used to mark starts (removed before racing commenced), large rocks on track perimeter, 200 litre drums scattered about the course the track not clearly defined in areas where no running rail exists.

Due to the dusty conditions the track was watered on a number of occasions during the afternoon.

RACE 1: OPEN H'CAP – 1000m

RACE 3: MAIDEN H'CAP – 1200m
ARADANE slowly away.

RACE 4: CLASS 4 H’cap - 1200m

RACE 5: OPEN H'CAP – 1600m
SOLAR BURN (NZ) hung rounding the home turn losing ground.

RACE 6: CLASS 5 H'CAP – 1400m
R Macmaster reported indisposed and was replaced on JOBREGA by J Kehoe.
