CHARLES – Jumped away outwardly. NAUGHTY BUT NICE – Slow to begin. SUDDENLY SPICE – Jumped away awkwardly nearly dislodging the rider. HUNTING – Travelled wide for the majority. SERIOUS CAPER – Travelled wide in the early and middle stages. COOL CHAOS – Travelled wide for much of the race. SHOO FLY SHOO – Pulled up extremely lame in the near side fore and was treated by the veterinarian. Trainer D. Sanderson was advised a veterinarian clearance will be required prior to racing again. Race 2: ORLANDO ORCHARDS RATINGS BAND 0 - 50 HANDICAP - 1000 metres Stewards accepted the reason for the late declaration of Jockey S. McGovern on Trainer K. McGovern horses. Jockey S. McGovern was the rider of SCARLET JANE. BURJ AL – Jumped away awkwardly, causing the mare to be slow away then travelled wide for the majority. ZOOKS – Travelled wide in the early and middle stages of the race. ALBERT THE ROCKET – Contacted at the start losing ground. GIRLS IN PARIS – Travelled wide in the early and middle stages. JUST PRETENDS – Jumped outwards contacting an outside runner. Race 3: AUSTRALIAN AGE OF DINOSAURS GRAHAM ‘BUTCH’ LENTON MEMORIAL BM 65 HANDICAP - 1000 metres Jockey J. Lait was the rider of BORN TO FIRE. BUSH LAWYER – Slow to begin and travelled wide for much of the event. MAKE AMENDS – Threw a shoe during the running of the race and pulled up a little sore. Race 4: DENPAQ CLASS B HANDICAP - 1200 metres Jockey J. Lait was the rider of SCIOLTA Jockey D. Ballard was the rider of NUNCIUS and permitted to ride 1kg overweight. Jockey S. McGovern was the rider of CZARIST. Jockey J. Esser was the rider of VALENTINE’S DAY and permitted to ride 3kg overweight. DENLAGO – Travelled wide for the majority of the event. CZARIST – Contacted at the start and travelled wide for much of the race. WATTO’S JET – Jumped outwards contacting an outside runner.
