Questioned re dissapointing performance - rider stated forced to race in restricted room rounding home turn after which gelding was immedietly under pressure. Dissapointed in performance as it had impressed in trial leading into this race. Trainer also dissapointed and unable to offer any excuses. Vetted in days following race with no abnormalities. Will trial gelding in unofficial trial prior to next start as it had performed well first up last campaign following a number of lead up trials. Previous campaigns to that had allways performed poorly when first up.
