Stewards questioned Trainer M. Nolan in relation to the tactics adopted in that the mare settled further forward in tonights event, which is contrary to the tactics adopted during the horses most recent start. Mr. Nolan advised that his instructions have always been for the horse to lead, and he indicated that he was surprised that the horse settled further back in the field during its last start. Mr. Nolan added that the mare did lead two starts ago and during previous events. Stewards noted the explanation.
