Due to being in the adjacent stall to HEAT, which became fractious in the barriers, was removed from the barriers and examined by the veterinary surgeon before being permitted to take its place in the field. Hung out throughout the event and made the home turn wide, taking no competitive part in the event. Post race vet examination revealed no abnormalities. Trainer J Williams was advised that the horse must officially trial prior to racing again.
