English reported that it was her intention to settle in a more forward position however after knuckling at the start she was forced to settle further back than anticipated. App. English went on to say that the gelding travelled only fairly throughout the event, however when able to get to the outside of runners in the home straight the gelding made in her opinion strong late ground.
