Queensland Stable Person of the Year for 2023/2024

This award endeavours to recognise the behind-the-scenes efforts of a stable person who has shown talent for horsemanship, consistency, and reliability in or out of the saddle.

The nominee must have an affinity with horses and prioritise animal welfare. They must demonstrate a degree of success with the thoroughbred, whether it be in the preparation of racing, a representative on raceday or both, that has been born out of their particular skill set.

Nominations close Monday, August 12, 2024 at 5:00 pm.

The finalists will be celebrated as part of the 2024 Queensland Thoroughbred Awards, to be held on Sunday, September 22, 2024.  Each finalist and their nominator will receive two complimentary tickets to the event.
