Ipswich Turf Club – Wednesday 6 February – Amendment to Nominations, Weights & Acceptance Deadlines

RQ confirms that following a request from international partners and post consultation with the Australia Trainers Association and Ipswich TC, the nomination and acceptance deadlines (and commensurate with these, weights declaration) for the Ipswich TC race meeting on Wednesday 6 February have been amended. 

The change has been made to facilitate the broadcast of the race meeting into Asia over Chinese New Year.

The amended deadlines are:

• Nominations now close at 11:00am, Wednesday 30 January (previously Thursday 31 January)
• Weights now declared Thursday 31 January (previously Friday 1 February)
• Acceptances now close at 9:00am, Friday 1 February (previously Monday 4 February)
• Jockey Declarations now close 12:00pm, Friday 1 February (previously Monday 4 February)

Cognisant of the impact the change may have on trainers, RQ will waive any fees associated with nominations and non-acceptance (i.e. non-starters fees) and will also waive fees applicable to scratchings which are transacted prior to 10am on Monday 4 February.
