QRIC stewards inspected the Capalaba track on Friday 6 March 2020 and highlighted concerns regarding a section of turf beyond the winning post.
At this point in time, the race meeting scheduled for Sunday 15 March 2020 remains in doubt.
Due to the uncertainty around a return to racing date, Racing Queensland and the Capalaba Greyhound Racing Club have made the decision to again postpone the heats of the Capalaba Cup and Bob Vernon Memorial.
The new dates for the Capalaba Cup and Bob Vernon Memorial will now be heats on 26 April 2020, and finals on 3 May 2020.
