Queensland’s TAB account holders can now access new products and exclusive promotions as part of their customer migration.
Earlier this week, the highlights of TAB’s new offering were unveiled including flexi betting, extra tote products (including Big 6 and Early Quaddie) and ‘Venue Mode’ for punters betting digitally in TAB venues.
A recent innovation, Venue Mode provides punters wagering in agencies, pub and club TABs and racecourses with exclusive offers and promotions.
A by-product of the Tabcorp-Tatts merger, account holders can now access the combined Tabcorp technology platform this week through the updated version of the TAB app or by logging on to the TAB website.
“We are pleased to have successfully completed the work to turn TAB into a new home ground for punters in Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory from today onwards,” Tabcorp Managing Director Wagering & Media Adam Rytenskild said.
“These enhancements mark the start of a new era for TAB and a major milestone for our business and the teams that have made this transformation possible.
“We have been investing heavily in our offering in the past year in Victoria and NSW ahead of this integration of our systems, which allows us to bring those innovations to all our customers.
“It also gives us the platform we need to roll out new products and future enhancements across all our states and territories simultaneously subject to regulatory approvals.
“This will be great for TAB customers, as well as Tabcorp’s racing and industry stakeholders and other partners.”
New products include:
- Venue Mode (exclusive offers and promotions for punters betting digitally in venue);
- Early Quaddie; Big 6; Running Double;
- 50c increments;
- Flexi betting;
- These features will be extended to retail betting outlets and racecourses over time (Venue Mode is available now); and
- Alignment of tote offering will see Extra Double and Double Trio phased out and Treble introduced for NSW and Victorian customers.
