The annual Chinchilla RC non-Tab Cup race meeting scheduled for Saturday 19 December has been abandoned due to the state of the track.
The Chinchilla racetrack has received further overnight rain on top of falls received earlier in the week and QRIC stewards have deemed the track unsuitable for racing following a race morning inspection.
A phantom (betting) meeting will be conducted by the club with all facilities available.
RQ will liaise with the Chinchilla RC regarding future options for rescheduling the race meeting.
