The Dawson Jockey Club (at Taroom) non-TAB race meeting scheduled for Saturday, December 26 2020 has been ABANDONED due to the state of the track.
A further 16mm of rainfall was recorded at the Taroom track overnight, on top of falls earlier in the week, making the track unsuitable for racing.
Taroom is also forecast to receive heavy rainfall (15-40mm) on Friday, Christmas Day.
The Dawson JC (Taroom) have been given approval to stage a replacement non-TAB meeting on Saturday, January 9 2021 with the same race program and prizemoney.
Nominations for this meeting will close at 11.00am Tuesday 5/1/21.
