Racing Queensland confirms that as a consequence of the cancellation of the Mackay Turf Club race meeting on Wednesday January 13, a race meeting has been scheduled for Rockhampton Jockey Club on the same day.

The program for the Rockhampton Jockey Club meeting is:

• Open Handicap - 1300m - $18,500
• Benchmark 70 Handicap - 1100m - $18,500
• Benchmark 65 Handicap - 1600m - $18,500
• Benchmark 58 Handicap - 1300m - $18,500
• Ratings Band 0-55 Handicap - 1100m - $18,500
• Maiden Handicap - 1600m - $18,500
• 3yo Maiden Handicap (QTIS) - 1200m - $18,500
• 2yo Maiden Handicap (QTIS) - 1100m - $18,500

Key dates are as follows:

• Nominations close: Thursday 7/1/21 at 11.00am
• Weights declared: Friday 8/1/21
• Acceptances due: Monday 11/1/21 at 9.30am
• Jockey declaration: Monday 11/1/21 at 12.00 noon
• Final Scratchings: Wednesday 13/1/21 at 7.30am
