Class 1 Nominations

Racing Queensland (RQ) is committed to maintaining longer distance racing for all Class 1 race meetings which includes the running of race events in the sprint distance, middle distance, or staying distance categories (520m, 600m, 710m at Albion Park).

Nominations for races in the short course category (331m, 395m at Albion Park) will not be considered for Class 1 race meetings unless the events are programmed prior to the race meeting, or unless RQ specifically calls for nominations for a short course race.
