The annual Morven Race Club Cup non-TAB race meeting on Saturday, September 10, has been rescheduled to Saturday, September 17 due to the state of the track.
More than 50mm of rainfall has been recorded at the Morven racecourse in the past seven days, and will not dry out sufficiently to be suitable for racing on September 10.
The weather forecast for Morven is also predicting further falls of up to 30mm of rain on Wednesday and Thursday.
Fresh nominations for the Morven meeting – with the same race program - on September 17 will now close at 11am on Tuesday September 13. Nominations already lodged for the 10/9/22 meeting will automatically carry over for the 17/9/22 meeting. Contact RA and cancel if do not wish to start at 17/9/22 meeting.
Final acceptances will be at 10am, Thursday, September 15.
