RQ and the Ipswich Greyhound Racing Club advise that a Junior Handler’s race will be held at Ipswich on Saturday December 17, 2022.
The race will be for Grade 5 greyhounds over 431m. The event will carry standard prizemoney and order of entry conditions.
Trainers can nominate for this event in Ozchase. Trainers wanting to enter this race must nominate to indicate they are comfortable for their greyhound to be boxed by a junior handler. RQ recommends all nominations for this race are made with a second preference for a standard graded event as only one race will be drawn.
Handlers must be aged between 14 and 18 years old and must be currently licensed. The Club will offer prizes for all handlers in this race.
The Club will allocate a junior handler to each greyhound on the night. Enquiries to be considered as a handler for this race should be made to the Ipswich Greyhound Racing Club on 07 3202 2977.
