RACE ONE
ENZED FLYER (4) settled back in the pack off a second line gate last start and never warmed up thereafter to remain at the rear. Placed in three of his previous four starts, including a 2nd when best of the chasing pack behind the smart looking JESEEKA. This looks within reach. HELL OF A HAND (3) was last seen back in April when beaten by a wide gate in a 2YO event, where she snagged to the rear and never warmed into it. With two trials in readiness for the return, the second of which was a tidy hit out, she finds a winnable maiden and can strike fresh. ROCKTIME (6) will be needing some luck as he looks at risk of being buried in the run. Runner-up here at his last start, he will be fresh up and probing for the gaps to grab a minor. HOLLADOR DAISY (1) returns from a spell after 12 starts during her 2YO term that netted one minor placing. With the benefit of the inside alley first up, she can look to chime in. SELECTIONS: ENZED FLYER (4), HELL OF A HAND (3), ROCKTIME (6), HOLLADOR DAISY (1) SUGGESTED BET: ENZED FLYER (4) to win
RACE TWO CHOCOLATE NORMAN (6) will be relying on some factors in his favour from this gate, however if he can get a sniff with track to work with, he can arrive. A Redcliffe winner two starts back when taking them all the way, nothing went right last start from outside the second line. SPICE BOY (1) does not have much by way of figure form to recommend, however his only career win came on this deck when taking them all the way. With h benefit of the inside alley, he can burrow through to keep them wide and will be trying to repel the challengers. SUBTLE CHAY (7) made the most of the standing start conditions two runs back on The Triangle when closing hard to take the prize. Runner-up last start when collared late, he is in the mix. BAHAMAS MISS (2) returns from a spell after a last start fade out from the pocket trail. Placed in two of her previous three starts, she can settle handy to feature fresh. SELECTIONS: CHOCOLATE NORMAN (6), SPICE BOY (1), SUBTLE CHAY (7), BAHAMAS MISS (2) SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-2-6-7
RACE THREE WHATA REACTOR (7) sat parked last start over the AP mile and faded after the trip to be well beaten. Not suited at the 2040 trip at Redcliffe two runs back, she is still chasing her first win at this venue but looks to have found the right opposition and set up to claim the breakthrough. TAKIDAH (2) is still chasing an elusive second career victory but has placed at two of his past four starts, the most recent from gate 1 over the Redcliffe sprint when sent to the post as fav. Beaten a neck at his only previous start here at the Little M, he will be trying to fight them off. DALLAS COWGIRL (3) has been sparingly raced since resuming from a spell with just two starts since July 30. Eased to the fence from this same gate last start when fav, she is a podium hope in this. THE MACH ARMY (5) was buried in the run last time out when finishing rearward behind HOIHO. The wide gate makes the task no easier here, but he can be thereabouts. SELECTIONS: WHATA REACTOR (7), TAKIDAH (2), DALLAS COWGIRL (3), THE MACH ARMY (5) SUGGESTED BET: WHATA REACTOR (7) to win
RACE FOUR WOODLEA DIEGO (8) started from this same mark five runs back and was able to press forward and grind out a starchy victory. Repeating that pattern with a Redcliffe victory over the 2280 from a 20m impost three back, he is enjoying these conditions and will throw down a big challenge. ALTANA BLUE (2) faced a wide gate last time out when holding on for the bronze behind FEELIN FLIRTY. Leading them up over these same conditions three starts back, it was WOODLEA DIEGO that was able to take the prize. With a safe getaway, he can look to turn the tables. SPORT MENTAL (7) is a three-time winner from behind the strands as she takes her first look at this track. At the rear in a mare’s contest last start at HQ, she is in the mix in this line up. IDEAL TIGER (1) has only raced from behind the tapes on one previous occasion when unplaced. Strong to the line last start at Redcliffe, his record on this track is smart at 18: 4-2-8. SELECTIONS: ALTANA BLUE (2), WOODLEA DIEGO (8), SPORT MENTAL (7), IDEAL TIGER (1) SUGGESTED BET: WOODLEA DIEGO (8) to win
RACE FIVE DOOLITTLE DANDY (2) was taken back off the gate last start at Redcliffe before closing out in smart fashion to grab the silver. Wide off the track two starts back, mapping in this race looks a tough read and with the benefit of a tight gate, he can settle handy enough to take his shot. ALWAYS AT NIGHT (3) made some late metres last time out to grab 3rd on the grass at Kilcoy after easing from a wide gate in the early stages. Buried away two runs back at Redcliffe in a standing start contest, he closed nicely four back and with three wins on this deck can challenge for a fourth. LORD DENZEL (5) was trying to see it out from the front-end last start after revving up early from gate 6 at Redcliffe. Holding on for the silver, he is given no favours with another outside gate. MAMMALS DESTINY (4) eased from gate 5 last start and was picking off a few closing metres when just missing the money. Unplaced in both previous attempts at this venue, she can chase a minor. SELECTIONS: DOOLITTLE DANDY (2), ALWAYS AT NIGHT (3), LORD DENZEL (5), MAMMALS DESTINY (4) SUGGESTED BET:
RACE SIX CRIME TIME (1) will need to really stretch the neck and hustle off the arm to avoid being crossed here, but if he can muster the momentum to burrow through, will be hard to stop. Backing up from Friday night where he looked a solid chance, his chances will likely be decided by the first turn. SCHEU CREEK (7) returns from a spell after finishing down the line last time out back in February at Redcliffe over the 2040. Placed in both previous outings, he has opened the pipes with a steady trial and bringing a great record on this track to the considerations, he can follow through to challenge. WATERLINE (6) resumes from a spell and will be sweating on the 1 building enough early momentum to hold them out. Under that scenario, the perfect trip should be available thereafter to feature. BATMAN BART (8) is still chasing his first victory on this deck and will need to be working around them at some stage. Midfield last start at Redcliffe, he can be chiming in here. SELECTIONS: CRIME TIME (1), SCHEU CREEK (7), WATERLINE (6), BATMAN BART (8) SUGGESTED BET: CRIME TIME (1) to win
RACE SEVEN GETALOADATHISBRO (4) darted out from gate 2 to take control here three starts back and once in control was able to fight them off to claim victory by a head. Strong to the line at his next appearance when 2m away, his record is exceptional here at 5 from 7 and he can build on it. WESTERN SHOWGIRL (7) was a winner on The Triangle three runs back when sent around them from outside the second line to sit parked and then worry them out of it in claiming an 11m margin. Placed in both subsequent starts, she can issue the challenge in this set up. BUSTN FEELZ GOOD (3) was a winner on the Kilcoy kikuyu three starts back when rounding them up and pulling away after facing a second line gate. Settling handy will be key to his podium claims. JUST ONE GOOD ONE (5) is afforded no favours from the outside paint as he comes into this fresh. Fading to finish rearward last start at Redcliffe, he can chime in to grab a minor in this. SELECTIONS: GETALOADATHISBRO (4), WESTERN SHOWGIRL (7), BUSTN FEELZ GOOD (3), JUST ONE GOOD ONE (5) SUGGESTED BET: GETALOADATHISBRO (4) to win
RACE EIGHT GLENELEDI COMMANDER (9) will need to be near his best to overcome this gate, but he does possess a smart record on this track which shows three wins. Beaten by a wide gate off the front line at HQ last start as the flying KHULAN KID capitalised, with the right trip, he can arrive. CONVAIR HUSTLER (2) started from inside the second line at his only previous attempt at this venue and buried in the run was then never a factor as MONGOLIAN CONQUEROR pulled away to a big victory. With the chance to fire some early bullets, he can put himself in the contest. FEELIN FLIRTY (8) is staring down a hat-trick of wins after successive Redcliffe victories from his past two outings. Starting the punters elect in both, he is right in the mix for the threepeat. TRALEE MAXIE (6) will be snookered in the run here and needing a slice of luck to find his way into open space. Chasing a hat-trick of wins last start when 3rd to MISSTREPO, he will be probing. SELECTIONS: GLENELEDI COMMANDER (9), CONVAIR HUSTLER (2), FEELIN FLIRTY (8), TRALEE MAXIE (6) SUGGESTED BET:
RACE NINE HE SAID SHE SAID (1) will be third up from a spell and looks to have snared the gate to open his account this campaign. A passing lane 2nd when resuming behind the in-form MISTER HART, he was not suited last start when asked to work from outside the front line. This looks in the wheelhouse. IMA BEACH BABE (2) was chasing a hat-trick of victories last start when eased to the running line and unable to reel in the deficit. Both previous wins were at the 2040 trip when positioned up near the speed. Settling handy here and with a record of 19: 5-3-2 on this deck, she can throw it down. ART ON FIRE (5) will be taking his first look at the track and brings a last start 3rd in a qualifier behind GOTTA GO MILKING to the considerations. The wide gate makes it a tough ask. MIKI MAGIC (8) has the perfect record here, claiming victory at her only previous outing. Buried in the run last start from inside the second line, she can be looking to chime in over the closing stages. SELECTIONS: HE SAID SHE SAID (1), IMA BEACH BABE (2), ART ON FIRE (5), MIKI MAGIC (8) SUGGESTED BET: HE SAID SHE SAID (1) to win
