The Barcoo Amateur Race Club meeting abandoned (Blackall) non-TAB race meeting on Saturday, November 25 has been abandoned due to the state of the track.
The decision was made following a track inspection this morning which found sections of the track had surface water and the remainder of the track was extremely wet underneath.
Approximately 35mm of rain has fallen at the Blackall racetrack since the weekend and the forecast is for further showers.
Horses nominated for the Blackall meeting can nominate at other Queensland venues where acceptances have not been finalised.
