Racing Queensland advises that the race meetings programmed for Sunshine Coast Turf Club on Friday, March 1, and Sunday, March 3, have been transferred from the venue’s Course Proper to the Poly Track.
The transfers have been considered necessary following the abandonment of the club’s race meeting today (where the track was deemed unsafe to continue racing on after two races) to allow the Course Proper’s racing surface time to receive remedial work to counteract the massive volumes of rainfall it has endured over the past 4-6 weeks.
To facilitate the transfers RQ has made amendments to the race programmes for both meetings and to a lesser extent those relevant to the race meetings on March 15 and 17. Accordingly, the following changes refer:
FRIDAY, MARCH 1
SUNDAY, MARCH 3

SUNDAY, MARCH 17
