Eagle Farm meeting transferred to Doomben

Racing Queensland advises that to facilitate proposed development site remedial works at Eagle Farm, the Brisbane Racing Club race meeting on Saturday, August 3, has been transferred to Doomben.

The transfer has necessitated changes to distances of some races on the program.  They comprise:

• Open Handicap – was 1800m, is now 1600m;
• Open Handicap – was 1000m, is now 1050m,
• Class 6 Plate (SW) – was 1400m, is now 1350m;
• Benchmark 78 Handicap – was 1000m, is now 1110m; and
• Three-Year-Old Handicap (QTIS Bonuses) – was 1000m, is now 1110m,

All other detail pertaining to the race meeting remains as has been previously published.
