Sunshine Coast Turf Club meeting transferred to Polytrack

Racing Queensland confirms that the Sunshine Coast Turf Club race meeting scheduled for Sunday, August 18, has been transferred to the Polytrack.  

The change has necessitated amendments to some races and distances on the program and accordingly it now comprises:

• Benchmark 75 Handicap 1400m, is unaltered;
• Class 3 Handicap 1600m, is unaltered;
• Benchmark 62 Handicap 2200m, is now 2150m;
• Benchmark 60 Handicap 1000m, is unaltered;
• Ratings Band 0-58 Handicap 1400m, is now a Benchmark 58 Handicap 1400m;
• Colts, Geldings & Entires and Fillies & Mares Maiden Plate 1000m, have been joined into one division;
• 3YO Maiden Handicap 1400m, is unaltered;
• Class 2 Handicap 1100m has been added.

Fresh nominations are required for this race meeting:

• Nominations: Thursday, August 15 - 9am
• Weights declared: Thursday, August 15 - 11am
• Acceptances: Thursday, August 15 - midday
• Jockeys: Thursday, August 15 - 2pm
