Form Analysis: Redcliffe February 3

RACE 1 

SUBTLE CHAY (9) scored a strong win two starts ago when working early and still holding them all off. Took on a stronger race last start and got well back making up some late ground. 

JET FORCE (6) is first up in this race without a trial. He was a last start winner after sitting without cover in a similar race in his last race before a spell. 

SIR JUJON (3) looks to bring in decent form for a race of this nature and draws to advantage over key rivals. He may be able to work his way to the lead and from there he would take beating. 

MISTER DELWIN (8) was a good second two starts ago when closing strongly late.

SUGGESTED BET: SUBTLE CHAY (9) to win. 

RACE 2 

ROYAL WINKLE (1) draws gate one which appears to give him his best opportunity in some time in a suitable race. He should be around the money. 

MIGHTY GEORGE (5) was first up last start in a stronger race where he was well beaten. He gets into an easier race with the aid of a claim and should be thereabouts.

LULU LUCIFER (8) has been extremely consistent in recent races. Has options in the early stages whether she goes to the pegs or stays in the running line. 

HAWK EYE (7) looks likely to get a great run through early.

RACE 3

OYSTER STRIDE (2) is a gate speed horse and looks the likely leader in this race. Has been in good form and looks to get every chance in this race. 

KEAYANG TARA (3) was powering home last start at Albion park when the race was all over. If the tempo suits she looks a very good hope. 

NAUTIE GALVINATOR (5) scored a dominant win on Thursday at Redcliffe when leading all the way. Looks unlikely to lead in this race which makes things significantly tougher. 

MISSTREPO (6) was well beaten last start in a race that wasn’t run to suit those off the pegs. She usually does her best work up on speed.

SUGGESTED BET: OYSTER STRIDE (2) to win. 

RACE 4 

MAJOR GENERALJUJON (6) took on a similar field last start at Albion park and was able to score a dominant win. Despite the wide draw he looks hardest to beat again. 

TREACHEROUS GABBY (7) should get a good run through in the early stages and her recent efforts have been good enough. Looks one of the key chances. 

MACH TORQUE (2) is rarely far away with horse that’s a model of consistency. She can be running on strongly again. 

SHE OWNS THE DAY (1) is a gate speed horse that’s hasn’t quite been at her absolute best. She put in an improved effort last start and can look to go well again from an ideal draw.

SUGGESTED BET: MAJOR GENERALJUJON (6) to win. 

RACE 5

BEYONSKI (8) looks well placed in this race from a very suitable trailing draw. Should be running on strongly at the finish. 

ROCCO VARIETY (5) has plenty of gate speed and may even look to cross in the early stages. If he can secure a good run he should be in the finish. 

THREE CHORD RIFF (3) draws to advantage over many of her key rivals.

SHEZAMATERIALGIRL (9) took on a much stronger race last start and wasn’t beaten too far there. This looks a lot more suitable.

SUGGESTED BET: BEYONSKI (8) to win. 

RACE 6 

ALWAYSMISSINGYOU (3) could have the gate speed to work across in the early stages and if she can do that she would take catching. She should be nearing peak fitness third up from a spell. 

FRANKIE GIRL (1) ran a very good race behind Alice Rhayne Bow taking plenty of ground off late. This race looks easier and if she can hold a position early she should be hard to beat. 

THREEOEIGHT (8) has been good in recent outings without much luck. Closed strongly last start to just miss when running second. 

KYAKEY STAR (7) was able to secure a good run last start and just battled in fourth there. This looks a touch easier.

RACE 7

BOKHARI (6) trialled up nicely on Thursday for a race of this nature. Should be better for that outing and despite the wide draw he should be very competitive.

LONG TIME COMING (3) has good gate speed and could find a prominent position in this race. Hasn’t been at his best in recent starts. 

TODAYS HERO (2) returns in this race without a trial. If he is ready first up he should be thereabouts. 

MULLUM BOY (7) returns from a spell in this race. Draw looks awkward and he will need luck.
