Entries for the Greyhound Sweepstakes at Ekka have now closed. Entrants will enjoy the pride and camaraderie in showing, and in addition the chance to win prizemoney, trophies, sashes and the sought-after Winner’s Rug for Best of Breed.
Competition start time: 12.00pm
Dogs must be benched from 8.45am to 4.30pm, gates open 6.00am.
The aim of the Racing Queensland Greyhound Sweepstakes is to promote the Racing Greyhound from puppy, preparation for racing, racing and of course retirement. Also, the greyhounds’ versatility, suitability and adaptability to retirement into a forever home, outside of the Racing Industry.
