Race 1: BLAA CLASS B HANDICAP - 1000 metres


LINDERHOF – Jumped outwards making contact with another runner then bucked for several strides shortly after the start.

WICKED WOODY – Slow to begin and travelled wide to gain clear running.

FRISCO – Raced ungenerously throughout.

DANCE TO INSPIRE – Slow to begin. Jockey Rudd stated the saddle slipped was made it awkward to ride the horse out.

I’M A CLANGER – Travelled wide for the majority.

MIRFAK – Contact made at the start by another runner and then hung in down home straight.


Race 2: UNION HOTEL QTIS MAIDEN PLATE - 1000 metres


BILLIONS – Began awkwardly and made contact with inside and outside runners.

READY FOR ROYALTY – Stood flat footed at the start losing ground.

SON OF SAGA – Contacted at the start by another runner.

MISS RALPHIE – Contacted at the start by another runner.

SEACITY – Could not muster early speed.

SHE’S A BIT FANCY – Travelled wide throughout and raced greenly over the concluding stages.

PUBLIC FORTUNE – Hung out under pressure over the concluding stages.


Race 3: SCHLUTER’S BAKERY BM60 HANDICAP - 1050 metres


JUST DO SOMETHING – Slow to begin and travelled wide for the remainder of the race.

ROYAL FROLIC – Slow into stride and travelled wide throughout.

KEV’S DESTINY – Hung out rounding the first turn and travelled wide from that point onwards. Trainer C. Prow was advised a warning had been placed on the gelding and any subsequent behaviour would be penalised.

DOMINANT PLAY – Carted wider on the track by and inside runner rounding the first turn.

WASHER – Eased down the home straight as the breastplate broke.



Race 4: BLACKALL TYRE SERVICE HANDICAP - 1050 metres



HELLUVA HURRY – Jockey R. Hancock was permitted by stewards to ride 2kg overweight.

FOUR IRON – Contacted at the start by and inside runner and then travelled wide throughout.

LOUPPY BEND – Jumped outwards making contact with another runner.

Race 5: SPINKS CONCRETING BM45 HANDICAP - 1200 metres


BERNIN LOOSE – Travelled wide for the majority.

CURLEY GREY – Head was in next barrier stall when start was effected losing considerable ground.

SUNSET REEF – Slow into stride and wide throughout.

ROYAL CARGO – Slow to begin.
