Race 1: CTC ELECTRICAL/PRIME RENTALS BenchMark 60 Handicap 1000 METRES
1st – MRS ASIA 2nd – GET THAT INDYA 3rd – SOCIETY QUEEN 4th – CONFIDENT STAR

SHADOW TALES turned its head to the outside barrier as the start was effected as a result was extremely slow to leave the barriers. Stewards advised the representative for trainer C Smith that SHADOW TALES would have to pass a barrier jump out prior to racing again.

SOCIETY QUEEN shifted out under pressure over the concluding stages.

Race 2: FAIRBAIRN BAKERY Maiden Plate 1200 METRES
1st – ERNIE’S WORLD 2nd – LETTERBOX 3rd – DIVA MISS 4th – URBAN SPACEMAN

Due to oncoming inclement weather Race 2 was brought forward to 2:00pm

DIVA MISS tightened for room at the start when ERNIE’S WORLD jumped inwards and FOXIE SOCKEE jumped outwards.
FOXIE SOCKEE raced wide throughout without cover.
LETTERBOX over raced in the early stages.
URBAN SPACEMAN over raced when being steadied off the heels of ERNIE’S WORLD from 1000 metres until the 600 metres
Jockey Scott McCullum was reprimanded for using the whip in excess of the permitted 5 times before the 100 metre mark.

Race 3: DAVID LOWERY DIESEL REPAIRS Class 1 Handicap 1200 METRES
1st – KHAPTIVATA 2nd – BARBOUGE 3rd – SISTER WHISKEY 4th – SMALL CHANGE

Due to oncoming inclement weather Race 3 was brought forward to 2:35pm

FERRIGNO raced wide throughout without cover.
Apprentice Katarina Aho the rider of MYSTIC LAD was reprimanded for shifting in near the 900 metres and tightening BARBOUGE which in turn has shifted in resulting in SMALL CHANGE having to check and lose ground.

Race 4: CLIFF TUCKER PLUMBING Class 6 Plate 1300 METRES
1st – HILLCREST 2nd – GOWER 3rd – HIDDEN NATURE 4th – HALFBLOOD PRINCE

Due to oncoming inclement weather Race 4 was brought forward to 3:10pm

HIDDEN NATURE jumped in the air at the start and lost ground, over raced in the early stages.
HILLCREST shifted in under pressure over concluding stages, rider had to stop and straighten.
HIDDEN NATURE was hampered for a stride near the 50 metres when HILLCREST shifted in.

Race 5: HELLOWORLD Class B Handicap 1615 METRES
1st – RUNABOUT 2nd – CUPSTER 3rd – RED RYDER 4th – ROUGH AND RECKLESS

Due to oncoming inclement weather Race 5 was brought forward to 3:40pm

ZATOCHIO lost ground at the 1400 metres when tightened onto the fence by ELEMENTAL BOY which in turn was forced inwards by RUNABOUT which was laying out that stage of the race.
CUPSTER raced wide from the 800 metres.
