Race 1: FIND US ON FACEBOOK RATINGS BAND 0 - 60 Handicap 800m
 
BLUE JACKET – Jumped outwards at the start bumping LAST LAUGH. Raced wide throughout.
 
BRAZETTI – Raced wide in the early stages. Shifted wider on the track entering the home straight.
 
LAST LAUGH – blundered on jumping and bumped by BLUE JACKET. Raced wide in the early stages.
 
 
Race 2: GLADSTONE CUP 12TH AUGUST Class B Handicap 1000m
 
LUXOR PRINCE – Improved wide approaching the 700m.
 
FLAMING ASTEROID – Inclined to lay in when placed under pressure in the home straight.
 
TERMITE – Failed to show any early speed.
 
 
Race 3:BRADFORD CREATIVE QTIS Maiden Plate 1000m
 
DAULAT MACHTIGKUDA – Inclined to lay in when placed under pressure in the home straight.

ZESTY BOY – Raced keenly in the early stages. Raced wide in the early stages. Connections were advised that a warning was placed on the gelding after proving difficult to load.
 
BREAKER BREAKER – Raced wide in the early stages.
 
MEDIA HYPE – Raced wide in the early stages.

ALL VOGUE – Took no further competitive part in the event from the 250m. Jockey A. Sewell reported that the filly failed to respond when placed under pressure. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed the filly to be lame in the near foreleg. Connections were advised a veterinary certificate will be required prior to ALL VOGUE racing again. Trainer L. Kieran advised that he will consult the connections in regard to the future of the filly.
 
ANNIE’S TOP – Raced wide throughout. Hung in when placed under pressure in the home straight.
 
TESSELEIGHT – Raced wide throughout.
 
 
Race 4: CONGRATULATIONS 2023 BATTLE OF THE BUSH WINNERS OPEN Handicap 1194m
 
WRECKING BALL – Slow into stride. Raced wide in the early stages. Hung in when placed under pressure in the home straight.
 
APPLECROSS – Shifted in for a stride near the 600m briefly tightening BRYNEICH. Hung in when placed under pressure in the home straight.

BRYNEICH – Briefly tightened by APPLECROSS near the 600m.
 
VITAE –Blundered upon jumping.
 
 
 
Race 5: BRUCE CATTLE CO BENCHMARK 50 Handicap 1517m
 
AWESOME SPIRIT – Began awkwardly and momentarily impeded by COME CLEAN at the start. Improved wide entering the home bend.

DELIUS – Raced wide without cover in the early stages. Hung in when placed under pressure over the final 200m. Jockey S. Apthorpe was issued a reprimand under AR132(7)(a)(ii) for his use of the whip 6 times prior to the 100m, 1 more than permitted.

COME CLEAN – Jumped outwards at the start momentarily impeding AWESOME SPIRIT. Apprentice S. Blunt was spoken to advisedly in relation to her whip use when out of contention.
