KellyRace 1: Patrons QTIS Maiden Plate- 1000 metres DUAN STORMY- Slow to begin and contacted by another runner at the start.SHADA PAREE- Slow to begin.FOXIE SOCKCEE- Jumped in and made contact with another runner.Race 2: Aeon Metals Ltd BM 45 Handicap- 1000 metres ME FAST TOO- Blundered badly on jumping.WHATEVER MISS- Immediately prior to the start being effected, leant to the side on the barrier partition, began awkwardly and unbalanced the rider.TRUST NO ONE- Jumped out and made contact with another runner. Rider reported gelding was inclined to hang out during the middle stages.MARREW MIA- Contact with another runner at the start and dipped.Race 3: Ken & Gordon Russell Memorial Open Handicap- 1200 metres BRADY ‘N’ ME- Slow into stride.SLIM HENRY- Raced wide throughout.SAGACIOUS FLAME- A post-race veterinary inspection revealed the mare to have a bowed off fore tendon. A veterinary certificate of fitness will be required prior to its next start.Race 4: Gordon & Evelyn Hutton Meorial Class 3 Plate- 1200 metres MISS HOFFA- Began awkwardly.LUCK AND FAME- Jumped out and made contact with another runner and lost some ground. Regarding performance rider stated the gelding may have resented the tongue tie or addition or blinkers and after suffering some interference at the start raced at the rear of the field. After balancing up around the home turn and able to be ridden along, gelding responded and made up considerable ground.ROUGH AND RECKLESS- Jumped in onto another runner.HUMANISE- Contacted with another runner which jumped inwards. Near the 850 metres, shifted in when not quite clear of HALLE CAT. Jockey S Sheargold was reprimanded.TIN’S POCKET- Tightened between runners at the start.SPOOKY MOO- Tightened between runners at the start.HALLE CAT- Near the 1000 metres, shifted inwards and caused YARRANDI to be checked when tightened when inside runners rolled out slightly. Jockey K Gates was reprimanded. Near 850 metres, eased and shifted out when another runner shifted inwards when not clear. A post-race veterinary inspection of the mare revealed it had be galloped on behind.Race 5: Arnie & Rene Rideout Memorial BM 50 Handicap- 1400 metresJOHANNA’S OWN- After beginning, took a number of awkward strides and took no further part in the race. Trainer K Miller was advised that the mare would be required to pass in a barrier jump-out prior to its next start. Trainer advised the mare would now be retired. ERNIE'S WORLD- Slow to begin.CALGARY- Raced wide throughout.WARDEH- Raced wide throughout.
