SO SURE – Slow to muster early speed.

FLAMINGO ROSE – Raced wide without cover throughout.

Race 2: WJ & VM Harrington & Daughter Annie Coral Sea Memorial Maiden Plate 1000 metres:
1st – LUCKY APACHE 2nd – VEGANER 3rd – PURE FETISH 4th – MADE TO WIN

WORCESTERSHIRE – Underwent a prerace veterinary examination when the mare became fractious in the tie up stalls and was cleared to take its place in the field.

PURE FETISH – Inclined to hang out throughout. Raced with its head in the air over the final 50 metres.

Race 3: Sir Doug And Lady Pearl Logan Family Memorial Spitfire Ratings Band 0-50 Handicap 1200 metres:
1st – HEAD DRAGON 2nd – TIRYNS 3rd – ALAWA 4th – MOJAVE ROYALE

ALAWA – Shifted in at the start.

TIRYNS – Buffeted between runners at the start.

MOJAVE ROYALE – Shifted out around the home turn in order to obtain clear running and bumped another runner.

MORE DUST – Rounding the home turn was bumped by another runner and carried wider on the track.

Race 4: Lt Col Harry Murray Victoria Cross Benchmark 65 Handicap 1200 metres:
